- EGG COOKING MADE EASY: scramble, boil, poached, whatever egg dish you want to create, Egg Cup can deliver. Poached egg takes around 6 minutes, simply grease with oil, crack an egg to the bottom cup, then put into a cooking bowl with boiling water, cover lid.
